| 摘 要： | 产业集群扩大了组织的边界,形成集群外、集群内企业间、企业内三个层次的劳动力市场;产业集群的劳动力池拥有更大的包容能力和吸引力,能够储存更多的专业性人才。文章揭示了产业集群的人才集聚是一个动态形成过程,存在着初始裂变—吸引—共生—嵌入—自增强形成机理,并构建了产业集群人才集聚模型,剖析了产业集群人才集聚自增强效应。
