| 摘 要： | 在回顾我国职业教育发展历史的基础上,提出源于国家政策、促进职业教育发展的驱动力概念,分析了职业教育改革和发展的现状及今后的政策取向,提出了目前职业教育管理体系存在的主要问题和应对策略以及建立开放与多元职业教育体系的具体措施,明确了今后职业教育改革和发展的研究方向。
