| 摘 要： | 采用自编体育锻炼评价量表研究工具对河南省高职院校在校大学生参与课余体育锻炼现状进行研究分析,确定了影响河南省高职院校大学生参与课余体育锻炼的影响因素。以此改进大学的体育教学,培养大学生终身体育意识、能力和习惯,为推动全民健身计划顺利实施提供参考。

| Abstract: | The author researched the current status of the participation of extracurricular physical activities among on-campus students in Henan vocational colleges by a self-compiled physical activity rating scale,determined the impact factors of the participation of extracurricular physical activities to improve physical education in universities,develop the awareness,capacity and habits of life-long physical education,and promote the implementation of National Fitness Program. |
