| 摘 要： | 职业教育既在经济社会中发挥着重要的基础性作用,又可以提升人力资源质量,确保教育机会均等,是城镇化发展中的重要力量。而城镇化的发展又要求职业教育作相应的变革。针对重庆未来城镇化快速发展对职业教育提出的挑战,对职业教育体系构建、人才培养模式、财政政策、管理体制和文化价值变革进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The vocational education plays an important role in the process of the economic society,promoting the human resources quality,and ensuring the education equal opportunity.But the urbanization development also requests the vocational education to make the corresponding transformation.This article discusses the system construction,training methods,financial policy,management and cultural value of the vocational education,in view of the challenge which faced to the vocational education by Chongqing future urbanization. |
