| 摘 要： | 毽球是我国民族传统健身项目之一,有着悠久的历史文化和群众基础。1995年国家颁布实施了《全民健身计划纲要》,号召全国人民"加强身体素质锻炼"。在高职院校的体育教学课堂中,因地制宜地开展民族传统体育项目,不仅可以丰富体育教学内容,为我国高等体育教育改革增添活力,还可以弘扬民族传统文化,为全民健身计划奠定基础。目前毽球项目已走进广东省部分高职院校的体育课堂,但发展不容乐观。作为一种民间传统项目,毽球项目的推广方式与其它体育运动也不尽相同。

| Abstract: | Shuttlecock is one of the traditional Chinese national fitness sport,which has a long history of culture and mass basis.In 1995,the state promulgated the ＂Outline of the Nationwide Body-building Plan＂,calling on the people ＂to strengthen the physical quality training＂.In the higher vocational college sports teaching in the classroom,suiting one＇s measures to local conditions to carry out the national traditional sports project,not only can enrich teaching contents,adding vitality to the reform of Higher Physical Education in China,but also can promote the national traditional culture,and lay the foundation for the national fitness program.At present,the shuttlecock Sport has entered the part of higher vocational colleges＇ P.E.the development in Guangdong is not optimistic.As a traditional folk sport,shuttlecock has different promoting ways compared with other sports. |
