| 摘 要： | OPM3是近年来国际项目管理研究领域中提出的一项新课题.旨在运用OPM3模型的核心思想,结合当前我国项目管理的现状和相关研究成果,通过理论研究和实证研究相结合的方法,构建适合我国组织项目管理发展现状的组织项目管理能力体系,进而将OPM3的能力要素及在项目管理能力定位与改进方面的应用机理本土化,来满足国内组织项目管理实践的需要,促进其实用性发展.
