| 摘 要： | 科技型中小企业的产品出口占我国总出口的40％以上，已成为我国出口创汇的生力军。当前，国内外市场竞争日趋激烈，科技型中小企业原有的出口比较优势正在逐步消失，企业面临着新的严峻考验。各级政府和科技型中小企业都要正确认清新的不利因素，积极采取措施，帮助科技型中小企业重新创造比较优势，提高竞争力，把竞争优势转变为出口优势，促进我国科技型中小企业产品出口稳定发展。

| Abstract: | The medium and small sized scientific and technological enterprises have become a powerful part of China' s exporting, with over 40 % of the export value of all the country. Nowadays, the competition in the market world is becoming more and more acute, the comparative advantage of medium and small sized scientific and technological enterprises is disappearing gradually and they are confronted with new difficulties. The government must get a clear understanding of the new unfavorable factors, and take all kind of active steps to help them promoting their comparative ability, regaining comparative advantage and transferring the competition advantage to export advantage, aiming at keeping the exporting of scientific and technological enterpvises in China developing steadily. |
