| 摘 要： | 侗族出自古百越民族，是我国南方人数较多的民族之一，目前主要分布于湖南、贵州、广西三省区的比邻地带。经过漫长岁月的适应与重构，当代的侗族文化已经定型为温湿山地丛林区林粮兼营式定居农耕类型文化。近五个世纪以来，侗族的这一文化样式已经高度适应于其所处的自然生态环境。具体表现为：劳动力投入小而产出高，同时所处自然生态环境也能得到高效维护。侗族人民能做到这一点的关键原因在于，他们在长期的适应过程中，形成了一套与所处自然生态系统相适应的生态智慧，以及能有效利用当地自然资源特点的专门技能。这样的生态智慧与技能在当代的田野调查中可以找到不胜枚举的例证。这些实例不仅侗族人民认为理所当然，即使从今天的科学技术角度看来，也表现出了明显的合理性。然而，侗族当代的生态智慧与技能并非一次性建构完成，而是在漫长的历史岁月中，凭借经验积累逐步完善和健全的生存体制。
