智能型断路器的研制

摘    要:脱扣器是断路器的核心元件,脱扣器的智能化可以大大地推动断路器智能化的发展进程。首先介绍了智能断路器的特点、现状和发展趋势等,然后根据其性能、原理、特点入手,分步对其结构零部件进行设计。智能脱扣器是设计的重点,利用微电子技术及数字信号处理技术,采用数字信号处理器(DPS芯片)作为主控单元,来对其它外围电路进行控制。最后,对软件程序的进行设计,设计的重点是:快速傅立叶变换在定点DSP上的实现,并给出相应的实验结果。

Abstract:Release is a major component of the breaker.Intelligence of release can greatly promote the development of intelligent breaker.The paper,at first,introduces the characteristics of intelligent devices,the status quo and development trend.Second,in accordance with performance,theory and the design features,it designs the structural parts step by step.Intelligent breaker,the focus of design,employs micro-electronics technology and digital signal processing technology,digital signal processor(DPS chip) as a main control unit,and others to control the external circuit.Finally,the design of software programs has been carried out: focusing on realization of fast fourier transformation in fixed-point DSP and the corresponding results have been revealed in the end.
