| Abstract: | The paper expounds in detail on educational governing with rule of virtue.It is major constitutional part of national governing with rule of virtue,and is prerequisite and assurance of quality education,and the objective requirement for unified value guide.To conduct educational governing with rule of virtue,we should radically upright with virtue,set up norm with virtue,execute administration with virtue,we must carry forward creating moral education,and must make the focal points on constructing teacher virtue. |
