| 摘 要： | 学校体育是学校教育的重要组成部分,它对促进人的身心健康、磨练意志品质和提升道德情操起着重要的作用。在分析了我国学校体育面临的问题的基础上,通过对美国体育与健康教育课程体系的分析,发现美国体育课程理念主要体现在:注重学生健康教育;注重学生身心发展平衡;注重学生生活能力的培养。同时面临学校体育现代化,提出我国学校体育需要努力的两个方向。

| Abstract: | School Sports is the important of the school educations,it promotes people to sound in body and mind,go through hardships and tribulations and enhance morals.After analysis about the development of School Sports in China,the author analyses the School Sports in American,and finds that the idea of P E course in American major embody three sides: paying attention to the healthy education of the student,the development balance of body and mind,and train the ability in daily life.Finally,the author put forward some proposals. |
