| 摘 要： | 采用文献、问卷调查和重点对象访谈等研究方法，以河北师范大学学生为调查对象，对大学生课外体育活动认识态度、参加动机、频度和强度、项目与方式以及影响因素等问题进行调查分析，提出改善体育活动环境，加强组织形式的建议。
