大学生心理健康自我教育能力培养探析

摘    要:培养大学生心理健康自我教育能力是提高大学生心理健康水平的必要途径之一。培养大学生心理健康自我教育能力,应遵循整体性原则、有序性原则和层次性原则。其具体内容包括:激发自我教育需要与动机,开展自我认知与自我评价;加强自我建构与自我激励,坚持自我监督与自我控制;进行自我肯定与自我强化,做好自我调整与自我完善。培养途径有:优化心育环境,驱动大学生心理健康自我教育需要;参与实践活动,形成大学生心理健康自我教育能力。

Abstract:Cultivating the university students' ability of mental health self-education is one of the necessary ways of raising their mental health standard.Such cultivation should follow the integrity principle,the sequence principle and the multi-level principle.The specific contents include the stimulation of the self-education need and motive,the development of the self-recognition and the self-appraisal,the persistence in self-surveillance and self-control,the exercise of self-affirmation and self-reinforcement,and the practice of self-adjustment and self-perfection.The feasible ways include to optimize the mental education environment,to spur the students' mental health self-education need,to participate in practice,helping the students develop the mental health self-education ability.
