| 摘 要： | 网络环境下文献资源的共知共建共享是未来的发展方向，要实现我国信息资源的交流与共享，书目数据的质量控制是关键。针对当前书目数据库建设的现状，提出在书目数据规范化建设的同时，制定统一的编目规则，培养高素质的专业人才，都是完善书目质量控制的有效措施。
