| 摘 要： | 世界各国之间的竞争关键是科学技术的竞争,创新型国家的建设有赖于大学科技自主创新能力的提升。目前,大学科技体制不畅已经在很大程度上成为科技创新的制约因素,经济社会发展迫切需要大学科技体制与之相适应。本文就建立有效的科技体制,增强大学科技自主创新能力,更好地发挥大学在国家创新体系中的作用进行探讨。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,the key of the international competition in the world is the science and technology competition.University's science and technology system jam becomes the restraining factor to the innovation of science and technology in a large degree,economic and social development urgently require that university new scientific and technological system that fits in with each other.This paper puts particular emphasis on building effective,scientific and technological system,strengthening university science and technology capability of independent innovation,bringing university to work much better in national innovation system. |
