固相微萃取-加压毛细管电色谱测定痕量丙烯酰胺

摘    要:联合运用固相微萃取和加压毛细管电色谱(pCEC)方法测定水中痕量丙烯酰胺.以活性炭吸附富集样品中的丙烯酰胺,甲醇洗脱,萃取回收率稳定,平均为59.0%,萃取体积比可达到100倍,因此获得约60倍的富集效率.萃取洗脱液用配有紫外检测器的加压毛细管电色谱仪测定,标准曲线法定量.方法的线性下限浓度为5ng/ml,线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.999.

Abstract:This paper reported a method to determine the trace amount acrylamide in water by joint utilization of solid phase micro-extraction and pressurized capillary electrochromatography(SPME-pCEC).The acrylamide was extracted from sample by adsorbed on active carbon and then eluted off with methanol.The extraction has a stable recovery ratio of 59.0% for a wide range of concentration over than three orders of magnitudes.Thus the concentration of acrylamide could be enriched for about sixty multiples while the cubage ratio of sample to eluate is 100.The eluate was then analyzed by a pressurized capillary electrochromatogrameter with an UV-visible detector.The linear response range of this method extended downward to 5ng/g with the excellent linear regression coefficient of 0.999.
