| 摘 要： | 本文界定了城市科技创新系统的概念,分析了城市科技创新系统的构成,提出了地方政府促进城市科技创新系统构建的策略。这些策略是:成立科技创新促进委员会、建立城市科技创新服务型管理体系、建立城市科技创新发展支持系统和建立城市科技创新服务体系。

| Abstract: | This paper gave the concept of urban science and technology innovation system,analyzed its composing and put forward the tactics for local government to promote constructing urban science and technology innovation system,which were to set up a committee " to promote science and technology innovation,a management system to serve the urban science and technology innovation,a support system to develop urban science and technology innovation and service system for urban science and technology innovation. |
