| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨不同药物治疗对缺血再灌注肾组织的保护作用及其机制,分析运动干预的应用前景。方法：总结不同药物治疗对肾组织缺血再灌注的保护作用及其机制的研究进展以及在运动医学领域中所发挥的重要作用。结论：不同的药物治疗可减轻缺血再灌注肾脏细胞的炎症反应,减少肾脏细胞凋亡,提高NO的含量,改善肾组织超微结构的改变,从而抑制缺血再灌注过程中脂质过氧化物的升高,清除氧自由基,发挥对缺血再灌注肾组织的保护作用,有效地缓解缺血再灌注后肾组织的损伤。

| Abstract: | In order to discuss on the influence and mechanism of different drug therapy to ischemia-reperfusion rat kidney tissue and analyzes the prospect of exercise intervention,this article summarized the research progress on protective effect and mechanism of different drug therapy to ischemia-reperfusion rat kidney tissue,and important role on the field of sports medicine.The results shows that,different drug therapy can relief the inflammatory reaction of ischemia-reperfusion rat kidney cell,improve the ultrastructure of kidney tissue,express the protective effect of ischemia-reperfusion rat kidney tissue,and effective relief the injury of ischemia-reperfusion rat kidney tissue. |
