民间教育评估机构权力的特性及范畴探析

摘    要:民间教育评估机构的权力是社会权力的一种,以其所拥有的社会资源对政府、学校、学生、家长等产生的社会影响力;其权力具有持续性、专业性、服务性、独立性、双重性、评估主体多元性等特性;对学校教育日常办学行为的监督、学校教育质量水平的评估、学校教育发展的策略与建议是其权力的主要范畴.

Abstract:The power of folk educational evaluation institution a kind of social power. With its social re- sources, this power exerts influences on governments, schools, students, parents and so on. This kind of power is characteristic of persistence, profession, service, independence, duality and multi - bodied- ness. With all these characteristics, it includes within its power such categories as supervising the usual routine in running school, evaluating the quality and the level of school education and providing strategies or suggestions for school educational development.
