| 摘 要： | 对社会需求与函授自身发展认识上的不足、政策上的滞后和管理上的混乱是造成高校函授教育面临困境的宏观影响因素,也是最重要的因素。只有更新教育观念、变革旧的教育政策、加强管理,才能使函授教育走出困境。
