New Internet Technology Integrating into Competitive Intelligence Process |

| Abstract: | By introducing new internet technology which can be used in competitive intelligence process, the authors discussed the application of new internet technologies/services including Google tools, RSS, Social Bookmark, Personal Portal, SNS and Wiki in competitive intelligence cycle of collection, integration, communication and management, to explain the impact of new internet technology on competitive intelligence. |
