| 摘 要： | 法学教育作为国民教育的重要组成部分，肩负着实施“科教兴国”战略和“依法治国”方略的双重历史使命，没有法学教育的发展和大批高水平的法律人才，就难以真正进行法治建设。本文对在司法改革背景下中日法学教育的现状进行比较研究，考察日本法学教育特征及其改革前景，结合中国法学教育现状及存在的问题，从比较法的角度提出对中国法学教育改革可供借鉴的参考意见。
