摘    要:针对高等教育教学中重理论、轻实践,未注重学生创新能力以及综合能力培养等问题,设计了一款可模拟实际工业检测分类装置的运动控制教学平台。该平台不但能够很好地模拟实际的工业场景,实现基本的运动控制功能,还具有很好的开放性和可扩展性。运动控制教学平台既可用于随堂常规实践,也可用于注重学生创新能力及综合思维能力培养的课程设计和毕业设计,形成多元化的实践教学体系。在加深学生对所学知识理解的基础上,充分锻炼他们的创新能力、解决问题的能力以及工程实践能力,培养真正适应于社会的工程应用型人才。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that emphasizes theory,neglects practice in the teaching of higher education,and not pays attention to the cultivation of innovation ability and the comprehensive ability,a motion control platform for teaching is designed to simulate the actual industrial detection and classification device.The platform can not only simulate the actual industrial scene and achieve the basic motion control functions,but also has openness and scalability.Therefore,the motion control platform for teaching can be applied to the conventional practice as well as the course design and graduation design,which focus on the cultivation of students innovation ability and comprehensive thinking ability.The whole structure constructs the diversified practice teaching system.It will not only deepen students’understanding of the knowledge they have learned,but also help to fully develop their creative ability,problem-solving ability and engineering practice ability.The platform is helpful to cultivate practical talents of engineering suitable for the society.
