| 摘 要： | 高等农业院校非学历继续教育在发展思路、规划培训内容、创新培训方法、打造品牌等方面已经取得了一定的成效。在乡村振兴战略下的高等农业院校如何顺应时代发展,走出一条适合自己的非学历继续教育之路值得探讨。文章以华南农业大学为例,分析了该校近年来在非学历继续教育方面取得的成绩,总结了不足之处以及面临的机遇和挑战,并提出在乡村振兴战略下高等农业院校非学历继续教育的发展建议。

| Abstract: | Non-degree continuing education in higher agricultural universities has achieved certain results in terms of development ideas,planning training content,innovative training methods,and building brands.How to adapt the higher agricultural institutions under the rural revitalization strategy to the development of the times,and to embark on a path suitable for their own non-degree continuing education is worth exploring.This paper summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the school’s non-degree education in recent years and the opportunities and challenges it faces in the case of South China Agricultural University,and proposed the development of non-degree continuing education in higher agricultural institutions. |
