| 摘 要： | 彼得·圣吉关于五项修炼的学习型组织理论是一项新的管理理论。本文以学习型组织理论为指导。从构建大学生素质拓展计划的系统模式、动力模式、思维模式、学习模式和价值模式五个方面，阐述学习型组织理论对实施大学生素质拓展计划的理论指导与现实意义。

| Abstract: | The five disciplines in the Learning Organization Theory proposed by Peter M.Senge is a new administrative theory.This paper,Based on the Systems Pattern,Dynamic pattern,Thinking pattern,Learning Pattern and Values Pattern as are proposed by Peter M.Senge in his Learning Organization Theory,tries to discuss the instructive and practical significance of applying the theory to the expansion of college students' quality. |
