| 摘 要： | 以知识传授为目标导向,以单向灌输为基本方式的大学课堂,在信息化和价值多元化时代已经丧失了吸引力,需要从根本上改革大学课堂教学内容,创新课堂教学模式,重塑大学课堂应有的魅力,把共同探讨的乐趣还给师生。需要通过长期开展创新课堂活动来实现这一目标：以创新课程为引领,活化教学内容;以教学模式改革为路径,探讨高效的教学方法;以教师为教学主导,充分发挥教师的特色与个性;以学生为学习主体,充分调动学生自主学习的积极性;打造学习型的高素质师资队伍,为课堂创新提供不竭动力;以点带面,分层推进,常抓不懈,营造创新课堂的动态与常态机制。

| Abstract: | The college class which relied on knowledge teaching and took one-way teaching as the basic method has lost its absorption in the era of informationalization and value diversification.The situation requires the complete change of teaching contents in college class and the innovative class teaching models and resumes the charm of college class so as to return the collaborative interest to students.To achieve the aim,more works are needed：to live the teaching contents basing on innovative curricula;to explore efficient teaching methods basing on the innovation of teaching models;to maximize the teachers＇characteristics and personalities based on teacher-oriented teaching model;to tap students＇interest in self-learning based on student-oriented learning model;to provide ever-lasting power to class innovation based on establishing learning-oriented high-qualified teachers;to create the dynamical and typical system in innovating class. |
