| 摘 要： | 任何学派的人格思想都有其一定的理论基础.先秦儒家构建的"天人合一"学说,为儒家人格思想提供了一个形上的保证;先秦儒家多样的人性论丰富了人格教育思想的内涵和途径;先秦儒家的心理学思想既为人格塑造提供了正确的价值导引,也为人格教育奠定了有力的理论依据.
