摘    要:法学传统教学方法与手段难以引起学生的学习兴趣,在法学教育改革浪潮中,以建构主义理论、双重编码理论作为基础,关注、研究图示法与要素组合方式在法学教学中应用,重点探讨“看、听、讲、想、做、动、静”七大要素之间轮换对法学相应知识进行辅助讲解的现实效果,以求优化法学课堂教学质量.

Abstract:The traditional law teaching methods could not arouse the students' interests in law study. To meet the needs of law education reforms and optimize the class teaching effects, this paper makes a study on the application of Graphic Method and Factor Combination Method in law teaching. Based on the Theory of Constructivism and the Dual Coding Theory, it mainly probes into the results of using the seven major factors, namely reading, listening, speaking, thinking, acting, moving and staying still, to help in explaining relevant law knowledge.
