| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床疗效。方法：将40例血管性眩晕患者采用简单随机分为两组，对照组单纯采用西药治疗，予654-2针剂10mg配氯化钠注射液100ml静滴，口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊5mg，1日2次,1次1片；治疗组在此基础上配合血府逐瘀汤加味治疗。两组在用药1周后进行疗效对比观察。结果：中西医结合治疗组总有效率为95%，单纯西医治疗组总有效率85%，两组疗效比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论：血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕疗效优于单纯西药治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of combination therapy vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo.Methods：40 cases of patients with vascular vertigo simple randomized into two groups, only using western medicine,I 654-2 10mg injection with sodium chloride injection 100ml intravenous, oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsules 5mg,1 2 times,1 times 1;treatment group with Xuefuzhuyu decoction on this basis. Two in one week after treatment effects were compared. Results： The combination therapy group, the total effective rate was 95%, western medicine group, the total efficiency of 85%, there was a significant difference （P〈0.05） of two groups.Conclusion：Blood Xuefuzhuyutang combined western medicine vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo better than western medicine. |
