摘    要:科学设计一线员工薪酬制度,对稳定一线员工队伍、提高其素质和技能,具有激励和促进作用。文章结合湖北省农产品加工企业一线员工薪酬结构及特点,分析了其薪酬制度存在的问题;提出了其薪酬制度设计的要求;探索了完善农产品加工企业一线员工薪酬制度的措施:完善薪酬决策和考评机制;完善激励薪酬制度;合理运用非物质激励和负激励手段。

Design for remuneration system of employees at production line of agricultural products processing enterprises in Hubei province
Abstract:Designing scientific and reasonable remuneration system for employees at production line has stimulating and promoting role to stabilize frontline staffs and improve their qualities and skills.Basing on the structure and characteristics of remuneration system of employees at production line of agricultural products processing enterprises in Hubei province, the essay analyses the problem of the remuneration system, putting forward the requirement of the salary system design and exploring the measures to improve the remuneration system for employees at production line system in agricultural products processing enterprises, which are improving the remuneration decision and evaluation mechanism, perfecting the incentive pay system and reasonably using the non-material negative incentives.
