| 摘 要： | 文章对中美两大城市的高校图书馆和公共图书馆进行调查分析，提出两国图书馆自助服务系统是重要差异之一，围绕白助服务问题展开了讨论，分析了影响自助服务的各种要素，自助服务的优点与缺点，并从措施、内容、规划及标准化几方面进行了思考。参考文献3。

| Abstract: | According to the survey on academic libraries and public libraries of two great cities in China and the US, the paper propo- ses that library self- services system of the two countries is one of the important differences, then expands the discussion around the problem of self- services, analyzes the impact elements, advantages and disadvantages of self - services and finally thinks from the measures, content, planning and standardization aspects. 3 refs. |
