| 摘 要： | 图书馆的科研学术活动和科研能力已成为衡量图书馆综合实力的重要指标。文章详细介绍了清华大学图书馆近几年来在科研管理模式上的信息化建设的创新与实践以及在信息化建设中实现的科研与服务相结合的良性循环。文章还结合国内科研管理工作经验，对图书馆今后科研管理工作的发展提出了建议。参考文献3。
