| 摘 要： | 高校学生档案记载了大学生在校期间的生活、学习及各种社会实践活动的基本情况,是大学生将来进入社会参加各种招聘、晋级、保险等必备的重要证据。针对大学生档案管理工作中存在的问题,分析其成因,提出提高毕业生档案管理水平的措施。
