| 摘 要： | 饭店为了在激烈的市场竞争中取得竞争优势，实施归核化经营战略，以实现饭店价值增值。但实施归核化经营却导致了饭店经营业务领域的狭窄，构建饭店动态联盟能弥补归核化经营这方面的不足，从而实现饭店与其供应链的资源整合、优势互补。以归核化经营为基础，动态联盟为补充，二结成一个有效的战略系统，有助于饭店发展目标的实现。

| Abstract: | For the hotels to be highly competitive in fierce market competition and to realize the creation of surplus-value,the strategy of focusing operation is put into effect.However,the enforcement of focusing operation results in a narrow business field of hotel service.To construct a dynamic alliance of hotels could make up the insufficiency of focusing operation in this aspect.Thus the integration of resources and the complementation of superiorities could be realized between the hotel and its supply chain.An effective strategic system combining by focusing operation as basis and dynamic alliance as replenishment will be conducive to the realization of the objective of hotel development. |
