| 摘 要： | 采用症状自评量表、青少年运动员生活事件自评量表对山东省1296名青少年运动员进行了测试,旨在评定青少年运动员的心理健康状况,分析影响其心理健康的主要应激性生活事件.研究发现,青少年运动员SCL-90各因子发生频率除抑郁、恐怖、精神病性三因子较低外,其它因子相对较高.从各组检出率结果来看,13岁以下组各因子发生频率相对较低,而其它三组发生频率相对都很高,尤以躯体化、焦虑因子为甚;与心理健康水平有着极显著正相关关系的应激性生活事件中,"训练、比赛失败或成绩不理想"、"期望顺利进入上一级训练队"、"与队友或好友发生纠纷"等事件无论在应激强度还是在发生频度方面都对青少年运动员的心理健康构成较强的应激刺激,我们认为青少年运动员的心理健康状况不容乐观.

| Abstract: | This paper evaluated the psychological situation of teen-age athletes and analyzed the stress events that affect their psychological health.This study has tested 1296 teen-age athletes in Shandong Province by employing Symptom Chechlist 90 and Event Checklist.The results reveal that among the stress events,such as "failure or bad results in training and competition", "expecting to enter the more advanced team","having disputes with teammates or friends",etc.can affect their psychological health considering their stress tension and frequency,constitute much stronger stress stimulus.The study concludes that the teen-age athletes' psychological health should be duly noted. |
