| 摘 要： | 司法是正义的最后一道防线。然而就中国目前的情况来看,司法腐败现象层出不穷,格外引人注目。虽然思想政治工作,司法职业道德教育工作做了不少。而问题的真正原因在于缺乏非常科学的、有效的司法体制来预防和惩治司法领域中的腐败现象的发生。目前司法体制中主要存在司法不独立于行政、司法权力内部的行政化设置等等,目前司法体制改革应当从这几方面深化。 |

| Abstract: | Judicature is the last defense of justice.In the present cases in China,judicial corruption emerges in endlessly in spite of the fact that much education work of political ideology has been conducted.It is regarded that the exact cause of corruption cases in judicial circle lies in the lack of reasonable and effective judicial system to take measures to enforce prevention and punishment.At present,such aspects as independence of judicature on administrative power,inner administrative settings of judicial power shall be enhanced in the process of judicial system reform. |
