粉煤灰地质聚合物的最优强度研究

摘    要:研究了粉煤灰地质聚合物的最佳配比及影响其强度的主要因素.利用正交实验法得出了粉煤灰地质聚合物抗折强度和抗压强度的最佳配比,并对其机理进行了分析.实验表明,球磨时间、防水剂、水灰比、加碱量、养护时间都对粉煤灰地质聚合物强度有重要影响,其中加碱量的影响最大.当球磨时间1 h,防水剂含量为8%,水灰比为0.34,加碱量为6%,养护时间为4 h时抗折强度达到最大;当球磨时间1 h,防水剂含量为4%,水灰比为0.34,加碱量为10%,养护时间为24 h时抗压强度达到最大.

Abstract:The best ratio of fly ash geopolymer and the main factors affecting its strength are studied.The orthogonal experiment is used to get the best ratio that affecting fly ash geopolymer's strength and then its mechanism is analyzed.The experiment shows that milling time,waterproofing agent,water-fly ash ratio,Na2SiO3·9H2O and conservation time are all important factors to impact on fly ash geopolymer strength.In all the factors,Na2SiO3·9H2O is the most important.When milling time is 1 h,waterproofing agent is 8%,water-fly ash ratio is 0.34,Na2SiO3·9H2O is 6% and conservation time is 4 h,the bending strength reaches the greatest.When milling time is 1 h,waterproofing agent is 4%,water-fly ash ratio is 0.34,Na2SiO3·9H2O is 10% and conservation time is 24 h,the compressive strength reaches the greatest.
