| 摘 要： | 民办学校一般都很重视教师信息技术培训工作,并取得了一定的成效。但由于信息技术的飞速发展及民办学校教师流动性大、来源组成复杂等多变因素,培训工作也遇到了很大的挑战,提出了更高的要求,本文以作者所在学校——浙江省义乌市私立群星学校为例,分析了目前民办学校教师信息技术培训现状并提出了有针对性的改进措施。

| Abstract: | Information technology training course for teachers is attached great importance in non-government founded school,who have made some achievements in carrying through the training course.However,the training course is up against great challenges by many uncertain factors,which are caused by information development at very fast speed,teachers'great floating and complex sources. The article takes the school to which the author belongs for example——Qunxing private middle school of Yiwu city in zhejiang,and analyses the currently situation of information technology training course for the teachers in non-government founded school and brings forward improving countermeasures. |
