| 摘 要： | 用科学的发展观指导我国区域经济的发展是新世纪区域发展的客观要求。通过促进欠发达地区的发展，缩小地区发展差距，是落实科学发展观的重要体现。本文在界定我国欠发达地区的基础上，根据热量不足、水源缺乏、交通不畅、食物短缺、资金匮乏、生态脆弱等六大因子的地区差异，应用GIS分析等科学的方法对欠发达地区进行了类型划分，在此基础上，从不同地区的实际出发，提出我国欠发达地区发展的四种主要模式，并对各模式的发展给出有针对性的政策建议。

| Abstract: | To promote development of less-developed regions and reduce the gap are the embodiment of fulfilling the scientific development view.Less-developed regions are identified and classified by the GIS spatial analysis method.On the base of this,this paper brought forward four main developing models for less-developed regions by the analysis of intensions of each restricting factors and natural human conditions to economic development.Finally,direct policy suggestions on each developing models are given. |
