| 摘 要： | 文章诠释了普遍伦理和高等教育国际化的内涵，指出了目前在高等教育国际化过程中产生的诸多异化现象，认为造成这些异化问题的原因是缺乏在国际化过程中各国都应遵守的普遍伦理规则，并对如何建构这种普遍伦理规则作了尝试性分析。

| Abstract: | This paper firstly defines the connotation of the Universe Ethics and higher education internationalization,and points out some dissimilation problems which areappearing in the course of the intemationalization.The author thinks that the cause of these problems is the lack of the Universe Ethics which must be observed by all the countries,andmakes some experimental analysis on how to build the Universe Ethics to guarantee the normal order of hi9her education internationalization. |
