少儿图书馆员阅读指导知识储备调查及提升策略研究

摘    要:通过实地问卷调查与网络问卷调查的方式,了解并分析国内少儿图书馆员在有关用户群的知识、沟通技巧、策划及组织活动的能力以及专业素养与发展潜能等4个方面的阅读指导知识储备现状,提出应采取措施激发少儿图书馆员的阅读指导知识需求,建立少儿图书馆员准入机制和良性管理机制,并建议针对专业少儿图书馆员的培养进行专业课程设置,以提其整体素质,并进一步促进少儿图书馆事业及我国少儿阅读的良性发展。

Abstract:By means of field research and web survey,the paper analyzes the reading guidance knowledge reserving of children librarians in China,which includes "knowledge about little readers","communication skill","planning and organizing reading activities" and "professionalism and development potential",it puts forward that there should be some methods to stimulating the reading guidance knowledge,building a children librarian access mechanism and optimum management mechanism.Finally,the paper suggests that setting up tailored courses directed at the training of professional children librarians to promote the whole quality of them and boost the development of librarianship and children reading.
