| Abstract: | Under new world general layout party is in power ability construction is faced with many test and challenge. Thus must insist to be taking the important thought of " "three represents" theory " as guidance,It is the basic purpose of the people to insist to be in power ,develop action is in power the first important or urgent business of mood country,forever maintain the advancedness of party,improve and perfect working way and the leading way of party continuously. |
