| 摘 要： | 有意识教育和无意识教育是思想政治教育的两种实施方法。两者各有优劣：相比无意识教育，有意识教育系统性强、理论性强、逻辑性强、信息对称；相比有意识教育，无意识教育能妥善消除学生的逆反心理，有效激发学生的参与意识，全面覆盖学生的生活空间。因此，在新形势下．思想政治工作者要采取理论教学与有益活动、单向传授与双向交流、真理力量与人格力量、学校教育与传媒教育相结合的方法，实现有意识教育与无意识教育的互补与融合，提高思想政治教育的效率。

| Abstract: | Conscious and unconscious educations are two methods of ideological and political education, which both have their own advantages and disadvantages： compared with unconscious education, conscious education is more systematic, theoretical, logical and symmetrical; Compared with conscious education, unconscious education can properly eliminate students＇ antagonistic psychology, stimulate students＇ participation and cover students＇ living space. Therefore, under the new situation, ideological and political workers should combine theory teaching with conducive activities, one-way indoctrination with two-way communication, truth power with personality power, and school education with media education, achieving and improving the efficiency of ideological and political education. |
