| Abstract: | The Party secretary at the college departmental level must put into effect the improving of the five administrative abilities required by the CPC. Centering on the main tasks of the school, the Party secretary must improve the abilities to raise the consciousness of political orientation, to seek and promote development, to solve problems and cope with emergencies, to do a good job in moral education, and to build the Party itself at the departmental level. |
