| 摘 要： | 针对毕业生就业的现状、原因及提高高职毕业生就业成功的对策分析以及大学生心理情况,学校辅导员要做好应对工作。毕业生就业问题,需要引起高度重视。实现大学生人力资源的合理配置就必然需要一定的时间,一些大学毕业生在竞争就业过程中会面临失败,这是市场经济和市场就业的正常现象。

| Abstract: | This article discusses the employment problems of graduates in higher vocational institutes.It analyzes the current situation and reason of the employment and the countermeasure on how to make the graduates find their jobs more successfully.It also discusses the psychological situation of university students and the work assistants should do.Close attention should be paid to the employment problems of graduates.There some time to distribute the human resources of university students.It the normal phenomenon of market economy and employment for the failing of some graduates in the course of job-hunting. |
