| 摘 要： | 新建本科院校教师教学工作量的管理是学校管理者在院校升格和转型期间的一项重要的常规管理工作。对教师教学工作量进行科学管理的是重要的和必要的,应寻求一个兼具稳定性、抗干扰性、易操作、公平且有激励作用的系级管理模式。该模式紧扣三个激励因素,以两个不变量为基础,帮助新建本科院校管理者在对整合后师资队伍的教学工作量进行科学核定的同时,实现激励效果,从而稳定教师队伍,激发工作积极性,提高工作效率和办学效益,顺利实现内涵升本。

| Abstract: | For Chinese newly-set colleges and universities in the 21st,how to set up a scientific and efficient model to manage and access teachers' workload has become a very important task for their leaders.The paper tries to focus on its importance and necessity,finding a scientific suitable model that combines fairness,anti-interference and efficiency so that it can really and greatly improve teaching accomplishments and make it possible for the real improvement of Chinese newly-set universities and colleges. |
