| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法,对新时期体育教师素质进行了研究。把高尚的师德风范、职业道德素质、健康的心理品质、良好的自身体能素质、全面的教育素质、新颖适时的教学素质、优秀的组织和训练素质、快速接受应用新知识、完整的医疗保健素质、完美的公关素质、知识交叉与综合运用素质、科研素质、创新素质作为新时期体育教师应具备的基本素质。

| Abstract: | By the method of literary consultation,the paper studies the essential qualities of PE teachers in the new stage.The PE teachers should have qualities of distinguished morality and professional ethics,healthy psychological and physical condition.They also should have modern original teaching ideas,ability of organization and training,abilities of obtaining and applying new knowledge quickly,knowledge of medical care and public relationship,ability of applying new knowledge comprehensively and creativity and so on. |
