| 摘 要： | 基于对决定比赛成绩因素的竞技能力的认识，进一步梳理并提出了其在选材、训练和参赛中的“择优”思想与方法，并从竞技能力开发的“择优”思想与方法的认识基础、指导方针和实施内容的三个方面进行了分析研究。“择优”思想与方法的基本原则与实现途径，就是在竞技体育的选材、训练、参赛中，突出不间断的“择优”思想，达到“优中选优、优中强优、优中展优”。竞技能力开发的“择优”思想与方法，可简称为“不断择优原则”。

| Abstract: | Based on the knowledge of competitive capacity that is the determinant of athletes＇ performance in competitions, the thought and methodology of choosing the best for development of competitive capacity have been ordered and put forward in the way of materials selection, training and competition participation and analyzed and studied in terms of knowledge base, guideline and implemented content. The fundamental and implementation approach of the thought and methodology of choosing the best is to highlight the thought of choosing the best continuously in materials selection, training and competition participation of competitive sport so as to achieve the aim of ＂choosing the best from bests, boosting the best of bests and developing the best of bests＂. The thought and methodology of choosing the best for development of competitive capacity can be referred to as the ＂principle of choosing the best continuously＂ for short. |
