| 摘 要： | 为满足客户的要求,获得表面均一、耐蚀性能好的包装用涂漆捆带,对影响涂漆捆带的诸多因素进行了全面分析。包括冷轧基板表面状态、热处理过程、杂质离子、原漆质量、漆膜厚度、涂漆工艺、涂漆后处理及其他对漆膜的机械性损伤等。并针对这些因素提出了相应的改进措施。

| Abstract: | In order to get the coated strapping steel with the uniform surface and corrosion resistant performance to meet customers’ requirement,the paper analyses the factors affcted the performance of coated strapping steel.We discuss on such factors as the surface condition of matrix plate for cold-rolled steel,heat treatment process,ionic impurities,the original paint quality,the thickness of paint film,painting technology,the post-processing of painting,and other mechanical damages.Some measures are proposed for improving the corrosion resistances. |
