| 摘 要： | 现代远程教育是以学习者为中心，旨在使每一位学习者都得到充分发展的新型教育，通过对现代远程教育的定位及春内涵的论述以及现代远程教育与传统教育的区别，从现代远程教育的决策者、教育者、学习者、管理者四个角度，提出树立现代远程教育的新理念，以适应现代远程教育的发展。

This paper elaborates on the orientation and essence of modern distance education, compares it with the traditional education, then puts forward the new concept for the development of modem distance education from four aspects: policy -maker, educator, learner, director. |
